D.2.1- NBS Academy Roadmap and Strategic Plan

The ‘NBS Academy Roadmap and Strategic Plan‘ consists of the backbone of the project, presenting the structure and monitoring mechanism for creating a European network, primarily consisting of ITE and CPD teacher trainers and secondarily of teachers and school leaders, NBS experts and other education stakeholders, including policy makers. In parallel, the roadmap explains NBS Academy’s vision, mission, and identity as well as the mapping of stakeholders in NBS education resulting from the following performed tasks: desktop research, needs analysis and an online international co-design workshop that was carried out on 20th of October 2023 with a representative group of the abovementioned stakeholders.
The completion of this deliverable translates to the accomplishment of milestone 3 of the project under WP2 activities.
